After more than 7 years of experience in Dubai’s Real Estate Market Ziad Emad’s decision to establish Enclave wasn’t about a single deal, it was a realization. After years selling, leasing, and managing properties across Dubai, he realized that the level of service and commitment he envisioned for clients could only be achieved by building a company founded on those principles. With extensive experience across residential, leasing, and off-plan developments, he has built a reputation for strong market insight and transparent, client-focused guidance. As a result, in 2025, he founded Enclave to deliver a more personalized, relationship-driven approach to real estate.
